ODB 718 is the hard-use variant in CAT’s ODB line, built from Inconel 718 and tuned to keep gas down while staying durable on carbines. Choose HUB 1.375×24 or 1×16 LH QD. HUB ships with a 5/8×24 direct thread. QD ships with a Spooky 1 flash hider. Length is 6.85 inches for HUB or 7.20 inches for QD. Weight is 18.2 ounces for HUB or 19.7 ounces for QD. Diameter is 1.60 inches. CAT lists an 8 inch minimum for Inconel on 5.56, with the system optimized for 1100 to 2600 fps and built around a 16 inch AK47 pressure profile.
